HOW TO ORDER

 

1) CHECK-OUT AND PAY through our secure payment gateway.
We have partnered with CyberSource.com, one of the largest payment gateways, to accept credit cards safely and securely for our customers. Cybersource uses industry leading encryption hardware, software methods, and security protocols to protect customer information. We will notify you if products are not available in standard lead times before ordering your hardware.

2) SUBMIT ESTIMATE for our sales team to review.
After placing your selections in the shopping basket, choose “Submit For Estimate”. A salesperson will call you by phone or email to discuss your selections. We will email you a fully discounted formal proposal for your approval. You may call in your payment information or Pay via the secure payment link in the email body. You may not have been provided a payment link if there are questions about the estimate or if there is a missing billing/shipping address. .


3) PLACE YOUR ORDER BY PHONE.

4) PLACE YOUR ORDER BY EMAIL.
Send us your takeoffs, house plans, or spread sheets to Orders@DoorHardwareUSA.com. We will email a detailed proposal for your review. We can review house plans or walk your home for customers in the Metro Atlanta or Sarasota Florida areas. 

Order Signature Approval
We may require signature authorization for orders over $6,000. We will email you our formal proposal for your approval. Fax or email your signed approval for the order back to us at 770-623-1540 or Orders@DoorHardwareUSA.com

We hope that your hardware purchase is everything you hoped it would be. However, it is sometimes necessary to return hardware for exchange or credit. We will do our best to help you through this process, but it is important to follow the guidelines listed below. 

 

Inspect your order immediately! Any damages or shortages must be reported to Suwanee Decorative Hardware within 10 days from receiving your hardware.

 

Due to our low prices, some items may have restocking fees depending on the manufacturer. Defective items can be returned without a restocking fee. See the manufacturer's main page on our website for details. Some custom made items are non-returnable. The restock fee policy will be printed on all estimates or invoices we send to you. On most items we do not accept returns 60 days after delivery unless defective.

 

Please contact customer service for an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number for all returned items. Include the RGA number along with your invoice number for all returning items. We will issue a UPS label for defective or miss-ordered items. Returns must be received by Suwanee Decorative Hardware within 15 days of issuance of the RGA number.

 

All returns must be approved by Suwanee Decorative Hardware in advance by calling 866-366-4066. All returns must have an RGA request number clearly affixed to the outside of the package. Returns without an RGA number clearly visible on the package may be refused. Items returned directly to the manufacturer without our authorization will not be refunded. Damaged items due to improper packaging or mishandling will not be refunded. Packages with obvious damage will be refused. For items damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the shipping company.

 

Hardware that has been installed, or not returned in the original package cannot be returned unless defective.
