HOW TO ORDER

However, it is sometimes necessary to return hardware for exchange or credit. We will do our best to help you through this process, but it is important to follow the guidelines listed below.
Inspect your order immediately! Any damages or shortages must be reported to Suwanee Decorative Hardware within 10 days from receiving your hardware.
Due to our low prices, some items may have restocking fees depending on the manufacturer. Defective items can be returned without a restocking fee. See the manufacturer's main page on our website for details. Some custom made items are non-returnable. The restock fee policy will be printed on all estimates or invoices we send to you. On most items we do not accept returns 60 days after delivery unless defective.
Please contact customer service for an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number for all returned items. Include the RGA number along with your invoice number for all returning items. We will issue a UPS label for defective or miss-ordered items. Returns must be received by Suwanee Decorative Hardware within 15 days of issuance of the RGA number.
All returns must be approved by Suwanee Decorative Hardware in advance by calling 866-366-4066. All returns must have an RGA request number clearly affixed to the outside of the package. Returns without an RGA number clearly visible on the package may be refused. Items returned directly to the manufacturer without our authorization will not be refunded. Damaged items due to improper packaging or mishandling will not be refunded. Packages with obvious damage will be refused. For items damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the shipping company.
Hardware that has been installed, or not returned in the original package cannot be returned unless defective.
